I’m just one voice. Just one seeking to live out my life for the one purpose of glorifying the one and only God. It is all pretty simple when you boil it down to one thing. Jesus said only one thing really matters. (Luke 10:42) That one thing is to sit and listen to Him. To listen to the one voice of absolute truth and love. Sometimes I do this well and sometimes I don’t. But I do know that when I sit and listen, it is never wasted time. Many of my writings have come out of this time sitting with Him. It may not seem so when the words and images are dark and disturbing. But Jesus leads us to those places so he can bring his light, hope and healing to that area of darkness. He also reveals to us simple joys and life-changing lessons through people, nature, and everyday life. This is what I have recorded here. My hope is that you find encouragement and purpose … because your one voice matters and can make a difference.
